Recipe / Christmas cookies / Broken cookies


Recept za raspuknute kekse.

(Recipe for burst biscuits.)

Suhi kolači idealni su za ovo nadolazeće Božićno vrijeme. 
Znam da dosta ljudi već zna za ove kolače. Neke ću možda podsjetiti na ovaj recept, neke naučiti, a nekima samo pokazati kako oni izgledaju u mojem izdanju. 

(Dry cookies are perfect for this upcoming Christmas time.
I' aware that a lot of people already know about these cookies. Some will perhaps be reminded of this recipe, some will learn it, while others will get to know how they look in my edition.)


POTREBNI SASTOJCI ZA SMJESU: 

- 20 dag ili 200g čokolade za kuhanje
- 6 dag margarina 
- 10 dag šećera (kristalnog)
- 2 jaja
- 20 dkg oštrog brašna
- pola praška za pecivo
- prstohvat soli
- malo vanilin šećera

NECESSARY INGREDIENTS MIXTURE:
- 20 dag or 200g of dark chocolate
- 6 dag of margarine
- 10 dag of sugar (crystalline)
- 2 eggs
- 20 dag of sharp flour
- 1/2 of baking powder
- a pinch of salt
- little vanilla sugar

Sastojke možete naći u bilo kojim manjim, lokalnim trgovinama ili u supermarketima.
Postupak je lagan i nije zahtjevan, a pogotovo uz moje slike koje sam slikala tijekom pravljenja kolača.
(This ingredients can be found in any small, local shop or in supermarkets.
The procedure is easy and isn't demanding, especially with my pictures that I have photographed during the baking.)


POSTUPAK:

Na pari otopiti čokoladu.
(Melt the chocolate on the steam.)


Kada se čokolada rastopila, sklonite ju s pare.
U toplu čokoladu dodajte margarin. Miješajte kuhačom dok se ne otopi.
Nakon toga žlicu po žlicu (da se ne bi stvorile grudice) dodavajte:
šećer, 2 jaja, brašno (koje je pomiješano sa pola praška za pecivo i prstohvatom soli).

(When the chocolate is melted, remove it from the steam.
Then add margarine in the hot chocolate, Mix the content with a wooden spoon until dissolved.
Then spoon by spoon (to avoid lumos) add:
sugar, 2 eggs, flour (which is mixed with half of baking powder and a pinch of salt).








Smjesa će postati kompaktna i gusta. 
Takvi smjesu sklonite u hladnjak na jedan sat da se ohladi.
(The mixture will become compact and dense.
Then put it in the refrigerator for one hour to cool.)



S tom ohlađenom smjesom radite manje okruglice. Smjesa je gnjecava i ljepljiva, no budite bez brige.
Male kuglice, prije nego što stavite na tepsiju (koja je prije toga obložena s papirom za pečenje), morate uvaljati prvo u kristalni šećer te zatim u šećer u prahu, u koji treba dodati malo vanilin šećera.

(Now you can shape little dumpling with that cooled mixture. The mixture is soggy and sticky, but don't worry. Before you put balls on a baking pan (which is previously covered with parchment paper), you must first roll them in granulated sugar and then in powdered sugar, in which you must add some of vanilla sugar.)




Tepsiju obložite papirom za pečenje. Kolačiće pecite na 180° na 20 minuta, tj. dok keksi ne puknu.
(Baking pan must be covered with parchment paper. Then bake your cookies at 180° for 20 minutes, ie. until the cookies snap.)
